A New Rig

I live in the U.S. and my aim for this rig is for high resolution gaining, streaming,and I am under the impression  that if it can do that it should be able to handle graphic design as well. I currently own mouse, keyboard and 32" vizo LED TV (1080p) that I plan to use for this rig. I would like to eventually aquire 2 high resolution monitors for it. Budget is currently looking like $1200 not apposed to going up to $1300 tho for looks/performance. I have built before but that was back around 2006 ish. Times have changed alot and I have fallen out of cycle with the latest and grates parts/price. I travel alot so last year I decided to purchase a MSI gs70 pro stealth laptop. Works well but while I am home I find myself wanting more power/performance. Due to it having the nvidia 970m graphics card, heat tends to be an issue with long sessions. Currently  from the research that I have done it seems like Ryzen is the way to go I would like advice on the list of parts I have gathered to see if there is anything that would be better. Honestly there are so many motherboards out there it's hard to focus on it all.
