Buget? When/where are you buying? Where is this used for?

And to simply answer it, your motherboard is used for cpu's that can overclock. But you are thinking off getting a non overclockable cpu.

Much better build then the one you have right now. Can't CF tho, but if you want a CF ready build that does decent right now, you have to push your budget up to at least 550-600pounds.

Thanks, Will it be decent? and better than my current 3.00 i5 quad core intel processor and 8gb ram from patriot and gigbyte micro atx h61-usb3 mobo

Get yourself an overclockable CPU. A bunch of people in this thread have suggested GOOD amd builds for your 350 pound price point. Your build will function, yes, but your money is better spent for sure.

It sounds like your current cpu/mobo is fine and you'd be wasting money replacing them. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

What do you use your system for? What are you current specs?

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/
