FLAC down sample software?

So i need to down sample 24 bit FLAC to fit my FiiO M3's 96KHZ @ 16 bit capability.

 

Any free software for this?

Never mind managed to convert to LAME, honestly it sounds just as awesome as the FLAC recording, impressed.
