NIC Teaming issue Windows 10

I'm having some trouble with setting up nic teaming. I have a windows server that has 2 gigabit ports teamed to make a 2gbps link which is all fine.

The issue is on the Windows 10 side, I have a 4 port HP NC354T nic and I can't seem to work out how to make all four ports one 4gbps link like I have on the Windows server 2012 r2 server

Can anyone help me to make the nic team on Windows 10? As the new PowerShell way is not supported any longer
