Can i play the game with only an i3 540 and 4gb of ram? sadly my GPU died :/ 

 

I was able to play Hearthstone on i think it was 15 fps or something, and i'm wondering if'll have the same performance on TES, i can't play it on my phone because i get blind after 30 minutes lol it's a Moto G gen 1 and the display burns my eyes.

 

And yes, i plan on building a new pc, i only need the GPU and motherboard and i'll start building.
