No Display After Overclocking

So let me start off with my system specs 

Motherboard: Asus Tuff Mark 2 z270 

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700k 

Cooler: Corsair h60 

GPU: gtx 970 

Ram: DDR4 16gb (2x8) 3000mhz 

PSU: Corsair CX 650 Watt 

 

I attempted to overclocked by going into the bios and syncing all cores and did a 4.5 clock speed, I also turn the voltage up to 1.325 saved settings and went on my way. Now after doing this my computer is on all the fans are moving gpu is lit up but I can't get any display and my keyboard and mouse had no power I don't know what to do and I need help.

Cmos resetting isn't by the battery, you need to locate the Cmos reset pins on the MoBo, and somehow jumper the 2 pins that indicate Cmos reset, turn the PC on and it should reset the Cmos.

Did you make sure to set voltage to manual before setting it to 1.325?

Yeah if you set a 1.325v offset, then the mobo would be trying to pump 2.7v through the cpu, and just went "NO."

Yeah that's what happen, I can't believe I forgot to do that lol, I just got done watching some of Linus overclocking guide with the i7 6700k
