I have a 4790 non k

GTX 1070 Seahawk x

16GB 1600mhz ram

FPS on AAA games such as R6S, Overwatch, GTA V, BF1

All at Ultra with 4/8x AA enabled as well as V Sync. What FPS will I get?

Do benchmarks and tests, you have to check, and take of vysnc when you game

Not sure if the CPU bottlenecks the card, but I think it shouldn't.

Your FPS will depend on your monitor refresh rate. You FPS will match the monitor's refresh rate in Hz, as long as the system (mainly GPU) can perform that.

Not sure how much that system is capable, but eyeballing it I would say between 70-100 on new AAA titles. In Overwatch and GTA V you will have much more, since they're not as demanding. Battlefield 1 is also pretty well optimized, so should be over 100.

To know more precisely you should run benchmarks or look them up for your (or very similar) config.

Why don't you check that by yourself instead of asking others? Because most of PC parts are different. By that I meant that two i7 from the same stock are different. Check that on youtube. One could probably reach 5.4ghz OC whilst the other could only reach 4.3ghz. All in all the CPUs are the same but not the same.

Sorry, perhaps I was a little vague. Let me ask another question, what is more comparable to my CPU, a 1600 or 1500x?

Well.. to be honest you can't really compare an intel CPU with an AMD one. Intel is much more better than AMD when it comes to single core tasking(or at least it was before) whilst the AMD gives you more physical cores to work it and get better results in 2d/3d rendering, modelling, rendering 1080p videos or even more etc. All in all I guess the 1700 series could equal the power of your CPU. But for less money both 1500x and 1600 are doing a great job.
