I have got Intel(R) i5-6400 @ 2,70 GHz, but every time i start a game in task manager my cpu gets to 100%, even with normal tasks like watching a youtube video or just scrolling through facebook it can get to 50% of its workrate

I cleaned my PC, checked for viruses, cleaned SSD, downloaded MSI Afterburner but nothing works, it ends the same everytime

(only 1 thing i didnt try and that is to fix bottleneck, because i am not sure it is that and i am afraid to damage my PC)

In the attachments you have full specs of my PC

Does someone has a solution?

What do you mean by "fix the bottleneck"?

And your PC shouldn't be doing that. Take off and clean your CPU cooler, then reapply thermal paste and put it back on. If you put the CPU cooler on without or not with enough thermal paste, it could be thermal throttling. Is the 4 pin CPU power cable plugged into the mobo?

EDIT: And just quote me with the left pointing arrow on the bottom of my post, so I can see your reply.

I love how we have to ask this now, after seeing that other post... xD

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

I've done it before as well, but my PC wouldn't even POST. His could have though, but it'd be starving for power, thus why it takes so long to load.
