Audio Doesn't Work After Hardware Change

Recently, I did a huge upgrade to my prebuilt PC. My speakers were working at first, then after a few days, it stopped working. Now my earphones don't work either... I need HELP ASAP!!!!!
 

P.S. My Mobo is an ASUS H110M-E D3 and my GPU is a GeForce 1050 Ti.

 

PLEASE HELP! ! !
