moving hard drives

hello, i just moved my hard drive from an old dell inspiron (with windows 10 installed on it) to my other dell xps desktop (with an existing hard drive also with windows 10). Do i need to do anything to set it up?

The only things you need to make sure is that the BIOS/UEFI is booting from the correct drive you want. What I would also do is once in windows get any data you want from the transferred drive and move it off the drive then reformat or clear the drive you transferred over from your old machine. After that start populating it.
