First Build (Looking into gaming PC)

Hey mates I live in the US and I have quite a bit of money to blow on a computer. ~1100 give or take.. Right now I have a Dell Inspiron 580s that has 64mb dedicated video memory which doesn't get me too far. I need to know how high the CPU fan can cool if I overclock at all and how much voltage I would need (I have no experience with overclocking and the unlocked processor was only 5$ extra) The highest demanding game I will be playing is probably going to be BF4 on Ultra. Additionally, should I take the parts somewhere so someone else can build it or should I do it? I will be using a 32" 1360x780 60htz TV above my monitor and a 22" 1920x1080 60htz monitor (I need to confirm sizes).

Any money knocked off will be used to buy a gaming headset so I don't have to always use the TV for speakers (I would still use it for Netflix and streaming video). If anyone knows any good ones please post them

Alright changed the card. But now I am up to 1114.47$. I could probably switch out the drive on it from a 1T to a 750GB. I have 750GB on my current computer and I have only used half of it.

 

Just found out that the HDD was a combo. So maybe Cyber Monday or Black Friday can knock the price down.
