Hey mates I live in the US and I have quite a bit of money to blow on a computer. ~1100 give or take.. Right now I have a Dell Inspiron 580s that has 64mb dedicated video memory which doesn't get me too far. The current build I was looking at is here: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/UnAdmin/saved/2TgD

I need to know how high the CPU fan can cool if I overclock at all and how much voltage I would need (I have no experience with overclocking and the unlocked processor was only 5$ extra) The highest demanding game I will be playing is probably going to be BF4 on Ultra. Additionally, should I take the parts somewhere so someone else can build it or should I do it? I will be using a 32" 1360x780 60htz TV above my monitor and a 22" 1920x1080 60htz monitor (I need to confirm sizes).

Any money knocked off will be used to buy a gaming headset so I don't have to always use the TV for speakers (I would still use it for Netflix and streaming video). If anyone knows any good ones please post them :)

Picture related. It's my stock graphics card.

I was thinking 4.6

But I am sort of scared to overclock because I don't want it to fail. How much better performance is that?

a bit, not much - if you do want to save $$$ do woodenmarker's build that's nice :)

Check out the build: Used to be Obot, now Lilith

Shameless: Me

How much better/worse? Just providing a link doesn't say much.

Check the link for graphs.

Compare the 7970 and 760.

What is the difference between a expensive 2GB video card and a cheaper 3GB card?

Depends on the card.

Alright changed the card. But now I am up to 1114.47$. I could probably switch out the drive on it from a 1T to a 750GB. I have 750GB on my current computer and I have only used half of it.

Just found out that the HDD was a combo. So maybe Cyber Monday or Black Friday can knock the price down.
