PowerMac G5 Not Posting

I have the powermac g5 with the dual g5 watercooled processors. It has no operating system on it and when it turns on it shows nothing on the monitor and slowly bumps the fan speed up little by little until its at amx and stays there with nothing on the screen. Ive tried reseating the ram and that hasnt helped. Thanks.

Have you tried resetting the PMU/SMU? To do that, press the button shown on the picture below.

There's one with water-cooled CPUs? I've got a PowerMac G5 (runs like a charm, but can't really do much compared to my PC and work Mac), but I think it's air cooled. And try resetting the SMC like @BlueChinchillaEatingDorito said. And do you have an OS X install disc?

Yea, I believe the ones with dual processors and quad processors came with water-cooling. 

 

The early ones were problematic as they had problems with leakage and well... this happened.

Oh... I don't think mine is a dual CPU. I forget which one it is...

I have reset it multiple times and I dont have a dvd

Hmmmmm. All the caps on the mobo look fine and the GPU is seated properly and working?

yes, and I have no idea how to test the gpu, only one g5 and its a passive cooled gpu

It should use a PCIe slot, right? So you can pop it in a PC and make sure the card works.
