I would like some suggestions for a tiny Mini-ITX case that does not have a build in PSU and can supprt a dual slot card. I am planning on using the Asus GTX 670 mini. So I would like a case that does not support a full size card.

No it does not actually. It also supports full atx power supplies. Be sure to get one with modular cabling because there is no cable management at all in that case.

Also the Cooler Master Elite 120 can support full size cards.

The silverstone sg05 is really tiny, but supports dual slot graphics. It does come with a 450watt sfx psu, however it can still be upgraded ( to really sure what you mean by 'built in'). The only problem i can see with these smaller cases like the 120 advanced is cpu cooling as there is not much space above the CPU. However, both of these cases have front 120mm fans and can be used with a 120mm closed loop cooler such as the h60, although a small amount of modding may be required. (The hdd cages in the 120 must be removed, for example, and I believe they are riveted in and would need drilling out). Just a few ideas...

you could try the Lian Li PC-Q11, that seems to meet your requirements.

if you dont mind a little bit of modding then you could go with the PC-Q15, mod the back to fit the extra vga bit, and if you need an atx power supply then you could drill some holes the the atx size.

What about an ft-03 mini. The thing takes up so little space on your desk and does not support full length GPUs.
