Ryzen Streaming build

I need a pc that can easily stream 900p 60 fps and 1080p 30 fps. It will need windows and a boot ssd. Im thinking Ryzen 1600x. Please under 900$

I think you can get windows for 20-30$ on kinguin or other scources

What games? Are you willing to OC, because the 1600 is cheaper, OC's the same, and has a good stock cooler (212 evolve level IIRC).
