Need help with pc build

So i need a pc for heavy gaming (gta v, the witcher 3 etc) i want it to have a gtx 1070 and an amd ryzen also i need keyboard mouse monitor i live in greece and the money that i have is 900€(the gpu and monitor my dad will pay for them but still need help for a monitor the other parts i will pay for them)

r7 1700 + B350 board, kb/m is always a personal preferance. Masterkeys KB are ok, not too expensive.

Basically i want to make a build that has some rgb in fans case ram mobo cpu cooler so can you help me??? Oh and by the way which 1070 do you recommend that also has rgb
