I cant realy fit a full size base cooler like thew genric giant aluminum coole rmaster cooler ......it looks like it fits ....I have an old one on hand that's missing the bolts and wont work with ryzen....I could try and test fit it but I know I will have like 2 mm of space the side panel of my case  ////I put it in the case for a quick moch up but I'm not sure ..I was planning to go with the corsair h60 but its 50 bucks I don't have that room in my budget

What model is your case?

Looks like there is a 120mm fan in the back of the case. Judging by the way that the case side is bowed out, it should fit something like the Corsair Hyper 212 Evo

500 watts should be enough... do you have a make/model on the PSU?

R5 1400 w/ GTX 1050 Ti gave the following power requirements on the PSU calculator. 500 watts should be WAY more than you need. Which is good!

Load Wattage:202 W
Recommended UPS rating:500 VA
Recommended PSU Wattage:252 W

AMD RYZEN 7 5800X3D \ Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite \  32GB 3600 G.SKILL Neo \  Gigabyte RTX 4080 Gaming OC \  Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo \  NVMe 2TB Samsung 990 Pro, SATA 4TB Samsung 970 Evo  \  WINDOWS 11 PRO

Get a 1600x and some cheap mATX motherboard.

Why not a 1600?  He'll get a cooler that way.

A 1600X and 1600 both require DDR4 RAM.  There's no real reason to get the X versions.  You can sell your DDR3 RAM to make up for the cost.

The 1400 isn't a bad CPU.  It's just that you'll get 2 more cores and 4 more threads for only a little bit more.
