Nvidia Capture Server Has Stopped working Error

So recently i was getting this error pop up when ever i booted my PC up, it would pop up saying "NVIDIA Capture Server has stopped working". I would click close program and it would crash wallpaper engine from steam, so not much of a probelm, it didnt bother me becasue i could just re open wallpaper engine and fix it. Now the error wont stop popping up, every 2 minuets i would get this error, weird thing about it the Nvidia Capture Server doesnt pop up in my processors tab and when the error comes up it becomes a process. Now i have up dated my drivers to 384.94, I want to disable Shadow Play to see if that is causing the error but i cant find the disable button. If any one has this same problem or has come across this problem. Please Help

 

Edit: So after trying to restarts my PC and went into the BIOS and lowered my CPU and my RAM speeds. It seems to have fixed it. I dont know how changing RAM and CPU speeds did anything (it probably didnt i just wanted to point this out) but i guess the restart helped
