How to contact Adata?

Hi guys, I have problem with a usb key, Im unable to reformat it, Threw Diskpart, 3rd party program, unix.. nothing work. im trying to get in contact with adata by filling the file on there support site, but what ever i seem to input I always get an error of something missing. but everything is there.. 

 

The email support@adata doesn't work. what do you suggest?

@jaffer If only thoses phone numbers worked
