Need help with windows 8

Hello, i have recently gotten my grandpas computer. My family needs to access it to pay a couple bills my grandparents have. But, none of us no the password! The hint is SHADOW, he always typed in caps. He is also the admin of the pc.... ao im not sure what to do. If you could please help me and my family that would be great! 

 

I am also not sure if this is where this should be posted but im new here.
