Controller Help

I just got my receiver today, and I plugged it in, it picks up my controller. Completely works in Big Picture mode.

 

When I load up a game, (the game is Black Ops 2) it picks up my controller, but the buttons are really messed up. It does not pick up my right bumper, nor the d-pad. I can't look around in the game really.

 

The controller is not broken at all. It works like it should, and I don't know what the problem is.

and I solved it myself already, just found a preset remapper on the steam community. thank you for trying to help though!
