Better psu and the 1080 is watercooled for cheaper one the best ryzen mobo's and faster ram.

That mobo is absolutely not needed here!!! It's at least 2x as expensive as is needs to be!!

Why so cheap mouse and keyboard. Pay a bit more for a good mouse and a mechanical keyboard and you will feel much better. 

Also, if you plan on gaming in that resolution I would go for a 1080ti. Only 200 bucks more, but much better.
