What do you mean NO? so i have less risk on low load during brown outs and higher risk on full load?

Uhm i can't really afford a decent UPS for now. I've read the info in apc website and i see that the 300w consume only last for like 5 seconds before shutdown.

We'll thats the problem in my place. each week there is a 1-2 chance to have a random brownout without notice and will last only for like 10 minutes.
the power company only post an update when there will be a long brownout. sometimes they don't even post it on time. they will post it on facebook when its already happening lol.

yes i was thinking about that but my concern is on the specification sheet of apc i was looking it says it could only save like 5seconds on 300w load.

What r u running thats 300 watts? Your system wont draw 300 watts while idle

Monitors can handle brownouts. I dont think ive ever turned a monitor "off" before unplugging it...
