CPU error code

I bought the ASRock fatal1ty B250 k4 and I installed everything, put an I7-7600K and I borrowed an intel stock cooler from my friend. Now when I started it up, the mobo blinks 5 short times red and then it keeps on blinking long reds.

 

I looked it up and it says it is a CPU error, now I don't know if it could be the cpu or the cooler.

Could anyone help me with this?

make sure the CPU is seated correctly, did you match the gold corner up?
