Everything's blue

So my PC is showing only blue color. I can't really google anything because it shows up blue screen crashes but the PC works "fine". Everything including the bios boot-up is blue-scale. It's as if the red and green channels were not working.

 

Specs:

i7 3930k

MSI X79 Big Bang

GTX 690

Perhaps @deXxterlab97 has put a spell on your computer? 

 

Or or it could be your display or display cable. Kid check those first, and if it doesn't change anything, then test the GPU in a different PC.

Reinstall GPU drivers and try using a different cable. If that doesn't work, the GPU may be dying.

 

EDIT: If something is overclocked, run everything at stock

It can't be the drivers, BIOS is affected too.

Everything's stock.

Tried a different cable to no avail, a miniDP to VGA instead of DVI-I to VGA adapter worked... The DAC on the card might be dead, so that's not so bad.

Check with another cable or another monitor, if that doesnt work then it is probably gpu issue, try another port (hdmi or dvi).

P.S. if you are using DVI to another port adapter then try with new adapter.
