Im trading a 4790k + my h97 mobo  for  sabertooth x58 + x5660 + h100i GTX w/ sp 120 fans

I really wanna get rid of this 4790k because ffs I dont need it. there's nothing wrong with it, but I really dont need all this power for what I do. I browse the web watch vids occasionaly render a 1080p video. 

I'm seriously considering this trade as ive been trying to sell my pc for a long time and managed to sell my r9 380 for a good price due to ethernum mining and if i get rid of these parts I've got what I wanted.
