help planing two builds

i need help planing two builds the total budget is around $2000 usd

 

one is a editing/content creations rig with a ryzen 1700 and a 1080ti

and the other one is a gaming rig with a ryzen processor (i don't care which one)

the editing rig i don't care the size of (i might even custom water cool it in the future)

the gaming rig i would prefer to be itx so it is more portable 

i do not need peripherals

Yes, but he wants a 1080 Ti in one build? That isn't fitting in 1000$

I doubt you can do both of these for $2000 unless your gaming rig has some heavy compromises. Here's one build that can do both:

i understand that i am a bit flexible with my budget and also i am willing to downgrade to a 1080 if i have to

however i am willing to make some compromises like lower resolutions

also i am probably going to go with a ryzen 3 for the gaming build but i do need 2 different builds because i want to be able to play games with my sister. 

finally i do not plan to overclock
