I yesterday noticed a problem with my windows 10 apps (and microsoft edge and CAM software). When i started my PC I noticed that first of all, cam software which i use to control my hue+ started up in fullscreen but half of it was correctly on my main 4K monitor and half of it was badly scaled and went on to my second FHD monitor. I closed it and carried as usual. I opened edge and it didnt respond to my clicks, scrolling, keyboard, anything. Only a small part at the top right corner worked allowing me to move it to the second monitor. Same problem on netfix (win store app). I use my main monitor at 4K with windows 10 scaling at 125%. maybe a problem with the scaling? also probably not related but i noticed that a few of my apps dont save some settings, Logitech gaming software always goes back to "On board memory" instead of the per game profiles ive set it to every time the PC starts, and CAM doesnt want to save the banner image and now always starts up in fullscreen on my primary monitor when the PC starts up.

CAM is a program, not a windows 10 app, so you can disable dpi scaling etc in the properties for the shortcut or exe file.. it will ignore any scaling. but i think that's your only option as you run two very different resolution on what i assume is pretty similarly sized monitors..

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?

Thanks for the tip, though it seems uninstalling and reinstalling the CAM software (and then using the repair feature as it didnt work) fixed it all. I think it was some kind of weird bug with cam software causing all of the problems. mark your thread as solved:ph34r: how do i do that? havent used the forum for some time now :D
