Server build plan need advice

So I am planning to build a server which will be my second pc build and need some advice

motherboard = Dell Poweredge r810

Cpus = dual xeon e7 2870

ram= http://www.ebay.com/itm/32GB-8X4GB-MEMORY-FOR-DELL-POWEREDGE-T410-T610-R610-R710-R715-R810-R815-R915-/161176742866?hash=item2586e1ebd2:g:gmQAAOxygj5Sh5rl

psu = some 600w modular psu

is all this compatible?
