I was looking to grab another stick to make 16GB and I was gonna get the same stick, an 8GB of crucial 2133, then I noticed that apon searching the ram it didn't say " You purchased this ram on bla bla " on amazon like it does, so I went back to my orders and found it, turns out I bought this stick https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MMLUYVU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and I was going to buy this one to upgrade https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Single-PC4-17000-288-Pin-Memory/dp/B01BIWLFGQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1500533025&sr=1-1&keywords=crucial+8gb+ddr4 but clearly they aren't the same. What's the differences? Idk what UDIMM ram is compared to SDRAM, is it slower or something?

No difference between UDIMM and SDRAM as far as I know, I believe UDIMM just stands for unbuffered DIMM, so non-ECC. You should be fine. Although, if you wanted the other one, just return the accidental purchase when you get it.

It was a long time ago, as long as it's not like some sort of super slow crappy ram, I'm ok with it. I'll just get another UDIMM one so they match. I was going to get a 16GB kit of DDR4 3000 but it's really pricey. It'd be a lot cheaper to just get an extra stick of 2133.
