Hey, just built by first pc! but how do i get the bios to come to the monitor. It flashes really quickly and I press the button it says to enter bios (delete key) and then it just tells me to "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

I have no idea what i am doing so some help would be appreciated! Thanks

When you first press the power button, just mash the delete button to get into the BIOS.
