Hitfilm Express problems

I'm having weird problems with Hitfilm Express at the moment. When I render a video and watch it there isn't any audio or the audio is out of sync  at some points (the whole video isn't muted), but in the editor there's audio and it's in sync. Also the songs are sped up in the rendered video, but I think that's because I changed the audio sample rate. I have rendered the video now 5 times, 4 with 96000 Hz sample rate and 1 44100 Hz. I have managed to fix some parts by re-doing them, but after I manage to fix something and rendered the video, there's a new part with no audio or audio out of sync. 

 

All clips are 1080p 60 fps, mp4 files and I have rendered the video in 1080p 60 fps, mp4. Also the video is about 10 minutes long if that information is needed.
