Hello, I have been thinking about building a pc for a while with a budget of 700 dollars. Im wondering what should i get in terms of parts for playing games like csgo, gmod, and tf2 as an example at high to very high settings.

I never can recommend  Very high settings in those games, its garbage and not needed, because it does not add anything needed. Otherwise build looks fine

$170 for a 1050 Ti is horrendous. Here is a build with a $135 1050 Ti that's actually clocked higher. I also changed the one 8GB stick to two 4GB sticks so you can use dual channel.

There is no need to get the 1500X. The only differences between it and the 1400 are the cache capacity and the cooler they come with. You can also get a cheaper 1050Ti. Here is my recommendation: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/x2Z8gL

The case I recommend has USB 3.0 front panel ports, the Wi-fi card there is not only b/g/n but also ac. The motherboard is a bit cheaper than what you chose and has no video outputs and I threw in a 240GB MLC SSD from Kingston instead of a hard disk drive. The keyboard and mouse are also different from what you chose. The mouse I recommend is the Logitech Daedalus Prime MOBA and the keyboard is an L70 from AZIO.

With the OS you are considering, the total cost is just about 700$ with mail-in rebate and around 720$ without it.
