So I have an old QNAP 10 bay 1079 Pro. I brought it home from work and need to figure out the best way to configure my set up. I have an editing PC upstairs and a streaming PC ( to stream to my website ) downstairs. I need to put the NAS downstairs as there is no room to put upstairs. Is there a way for me to store my final edited videos from my upstairs pc to the qnap downstairs without running wires through the ceiling? I just would like my whole system to run fast and efficient but is hard due to being so late into this setup. Any recommendations as to getting my final edited videos into some kind of storage and then transfered into my streaming pc without moving my editing pc and without cutting holes into walls?
