Your CPU fan is plugged into the wrong header, switch it or make it the primary like @Billy_Mays said.

But how do i change it Then? :)

The easiest way to fix this problem is to simply unplug the CPU fan cord from the motherboard, and plug it into the port on the motherboard labeled CPU Fan. Not the optional one.

CHA Fan 1?

Nope, that would be Chassis Fan 1. What is your motherboard? Might make it easier to show where it is

I have attached a picture of your mother board with the CPU headers circled in red, the WHITE ONE ON TOP is the header it needs to be in, the black one on the bottom is where it should be currently located.

Something like that is a little harder to troubleshoot via a forum, the first thing I'd try is reseting the BIOS(easiest way to do this is to remove the CMOS battery for like 30 seconds while the machine is unplugged and drained(unplug and press the power button over and over) then put it back in. You may have to reset time and date settings after doing this.
