The build itself is about a week away. I work away from home and unfortunately the last parts arrived after I had left for work.

Here is a little teaser for the upcoming build and mod project based on Master Chief with my son and I.

Of course, first things first. The glorious EVGA 1080ti FTW3. The young one is just as excited as I am. Lol

Then a box of goodies containing the Asus Maximus IX Code, the Crucial M.2 SSD, EVGA Supernova 650W G2 power supply, and Corsair SP120 fans.

Not pictured: Corsair H100i V2, Team Dark 16GB DDR4 RAM @ 3000Mhz, the Thermaltake Core P3, and Intel's Core i7 7700k.

I use the Astro A50 Master Chief edition and found the perfect paint color to match the rest of the build.

Plans in the future once initial build is complete:

Painting the armor on the motherboard, the fins on the RAM, the rings on the fans, and painting the rad and block itself with the same color green. Maybe even a little carbon fiber wrap on the P3 case itself.

This project will take a little time because as I said, I work away from home. But as we progress through the build and the painting, I will update and keep everyone posted through the final steps.
