PC will not boot.

I bought another HDD to try and set up a raid 1. I shut off the PC then plugged in the SATA and power. Boot it up when into bios and started to set up raid. Then at the last step it stated the OS and all data would be permanently deleted. I didnt want that so I cancelled out. Thought I would copy everything over on an external HDD in a week and then do the raid. 

However, now my computer will not restart. It starts booting and then states stop code inaccessible boot device then goes to an automatic repair screen.

Can someone give me advice on either how to do the raid without deleting everything or how to boot up my PC.

ok nvm found a YT vid and set it from Raid to ACHI now it boots sry plp

 

Still if any1 knows how to set up the raid without wiping the HDD let me know
