Best way to take my pc to the lan.

So I have  a local lan party I go to about 3 times a year, not that often I know but it's fun. I just want some tips on carrying a full atx case with me to and from.

right now I'm using a thick blanket and an ikea bag. BTW ikea bags like the big blue ones can hold a 200 lbs person.

You could conciser leaving any mechanical HDD's at home (providing the system runs on an SSD) If you have a big and heavy tower heatsink on the CPU it may be wise to remove that too if the ride is very bumpy. Other than that pack it in tight with blankets or bubble-wrap to prevent it from sliding around (I assume you travel by car?)

If you bring your monitor as well, find a (wooden) board in a similar size to the display and use that as a "guard" to prevent anything hitting the screen itself.

If you have the packaging for the case you could stuff it back in there. It should be protective enough.
