Well, your grandfather should have set a "tip" to remember his password, or written it down somewhere. At this point, unless there are other accounts (such as a local administrator account), you can log into that and reset your grandfather's user account. Otherwise you are better off using a live linux OS to grab any important data/files and then clean install Windows, then transfer the important data back.
