I want to get this tubing:

Primochill Tubing

The problem is, the additive that comes with it is said to fog up the tubing a bit over time. I know it's impossible to make it completely clear for a long time, but is there any way to get some additive that doesn't fog up the tubing as quickly?

don't use additive? Why are you using additive in the first place is my question.

EDIT: I had a friend who had the same problem as you. What he did is he just bought colored tubing.

If I don't use an additive, will anything grow inside the loop?

That's what naturally occurs with all soft tubing as it degrades, some more than others. I've used LRT before with little trouble but it just depends on what fluid your planning to use.

This bundle comes with the sysprep and the utopia, the sysprep is for cleaning the loop and you need to leave it in the loop for a while as you use your system and the sysprep does cloud some tubing if left in over a month but that is due to the tube quality and the flux that it removes from the radiator and any grease from the pump. The Utopia is an anti-corrosion additive that is left in your loop after you clean it and guess what it will also cloud some tubing but guess what again, those tubing clouds even with just plain distilled water too because that is the type of tube.

one of the best tubing to prevent the clouding over a long time is from Tygon, the antibacterial type but it can cause issues with some premixed coolants.

Plain deionized/distilled water in a clean loop and with the right tube will keep the tube clearish over a long period.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

Where can I get one?

Any watercooling place will sell silver kill coils but note that it must be a full copper loop, if there is any nickel in it that can cause and issue due to them being borderline dis-similar metals in a loop environment.
