how did this happen?

So somehow (by my understanding) when my mom signed into her gmail accout on my google accout that has outlook for the email, somehow her email became my google account email. Has this happened to anyone and can someone help me fix it?

I've had an issue where I'm logged into my Google account, but then my wife looks in, and her account becomes default. Not sure if it's the same, but log out of both accounts then log back into the one.

 

As for Outlook, the only way that anything would change would be to add another user to the account.
