Clearance with R1 Ultimate?

I'm worried if my Corsair Dominator memory will run into my R1 Ultimate. My motherboard is the Asus CROSSHAIR VI HERO ATX AM4 Motherboard

i have vengeance and had to take the headspreaders off for the ram to fit, it should tell you the ram clearance on the site, you could always get the r1 universal.

 

your ram is 55mm high, too high for the ultimate.

Would G.Skill Trident Z work? It's 44mm

No sadly, the R1 ultimate would work, it provides a clearance "UP TO"(Sebastian, Linus) 35mm with the fan in it's higher position, you can always pull the heatsink off anyway.
