Nothing is capping

Hello!

When playing games, none of my hardware is being 100% utilized. Is that normal? Surely it would be smart to utilize all the hardware right? Please tell me there is a way to utilize all the processing power because i could use a couple extra frames. Thanks for any help/response.

The first thing I would do is to check if there are any game settings that are limiting the frame rate. Say fps is limited to 60 frames/second. If your hardware is more than capable of producing this, it won't have to work at its maximum capability.
