Good pc?

i have a pc with these specs:


i7-4790K
ASUS Z97-P 
16GB RAM
XFX R9 280X 3GB 
Cooler Master 500W 
2TB WD Blue 
 

and my friend is going to build a new pc for destiny 2 and for all the games he would like to play. if i put a RX 580 or GTX 1060 in this PC. will it be able to run like destiny 2 and witcher 3 on high-ultra?
