If you store an normal amount of data on that tiny SSD, it will slow down. So that could be a potential bottleneck... Considering them other compontents and prices, I'd suggest at least a ~250 gb ssd, but that's up to you and the stuff you place on said tiny SSD.

It won't bottleneck, not at all. Besides that is not how bottlenecking works, if the cpu wasn't an i7-7700K, if it was a G430, then it would bottleneck. But all of those parts are the high-end best you can get. If you can you should go for 4k or 1440p if you have a monitor that can do that, since for 1080p it would be a waste to have all that top end hardware.

Pretty much addicted to Gaming and Youtube. I think I have a problem.

The word "bottleneck" is overused. You'll always have one. Anyway, yes, that PC will more or less run those games at 1080p 60FPS.

But...

-You've paired a K-series CPU with a H-series motherboard which will effectively remove your ability to overclock. You need a Z270 motherboard.

-What Kingston SSD? My advice is to drop down to a WD Caviar Blue 1TB and get a solid 250GB SSD to go along with it.

-What's your PSU?

It's an "eh" power supply but not terrible. I'd say you'd be fine.

Depending on the game, that might be a bottleneck.
