Lenonvo is Chinese. :D

 

And if you mean "the PSU is Chinese" as in "the label is written in Chinese", that's normal for China.  So if the brand name is in Chinese, the PSU might still have a model number that uses regular roman letter like "AT-500" or "GW-400" or something like that.

 

So, at this point, it's best to just measure the L x W x D of the PSU and see what you have there.  If it's 150mm x 140mm x 86mm, it's standard ATX.

it says max output not exceed 170w

which i guess isnt enough for a gt 1030 and i5 3470s and 8 gbs of ram(check the main post)
