I found out that if you spin a fan and have it at angle that light shines on it you can see the fan blades spinning I find it really neat

Another trick: Try running a 12V fan with 1.5-3V batteries,it wont spin,just spin the fan with ur finger and it will start spinning like normal!

yea that is given. it takes more energy to start than it does to keep it spinning. acceleration always takes more energy.
