From reading the descriptions of both of them, it would seem that they are exactly the same, the amazon one may have cheaper shipping however that is likely to be the only difference

E-element/Easterntimes is technically the original company. Problem is that since it's such a common OEM model there are a bunch of variants out there. Some of the cheaper ones use ALPS-style stems instead of Cherry MX, which makes keycap and switch swapping a pain. Some don't have switch swapping despite the descriptions. Granvela is the safest seller on Amazon.

 

If you don't care about switch swapping and are fine with a slightly lower quality board (or want red switches) also take a look at the Motospeed CK104 (OEM model of the Aukey KM-G3), which is normally available under $45. Housing isn't as sturdy, stabilizers have a bit more give, but still as good as or better than most mainstream gaming keyboards overall.
