It's also old AF and been around since at least when I was a freshman in highschool and I graduated in 2005. Been meaning to find the origin of it at some point haha

Amazon Warehouse deals are basically products that were returned to Amazon, and the box may be damaged, or it may not come in the original box. Sometimes it is indistinguishable from brand new, in pristine box. The description has more details usually.

 

Seeing as the Amazon return window on most items is 30 days, if it is "used", it was used for 30 days at most. The products have standard return policy usually, so if it ends up not working, you can return it in 30 days for a full refund.

 

I would definitely buy  a GPU from them if the price was good. However, usually the savings are not that big compared to a new in box product.

If you get it, just test it extensively. If it works perfectly fine, it will probably keep working. If it has problems, you will notice them immediately.
