GNS3 issue?

I've got GNS3 running on my PC. I'm trying to get the virtual routers to communicate with the LAN side of my PC and connect to the internet. 

 

I've setup a loopback adapter and I've tried to share the internet connection from LAN to the loopback and there is no option to choose the adapter.
