Bit of history, my first mech keyboard in 2012 was a full size, I moved to TKL a couple years later and I think I'm ready to get  a 65-75%.

Cons and pros of each?

Also what are the top picks for these sizes (dont care about rgb or led)

Thank you

I like 75% because I use the function keys for stuff and don't care about reducing vertical desk space. The normal budget recommendation is the Drevo Gramr/Keycool 84/MK84 (all very similar; my Drevo has stabilizer wobble). Would also recommend looking at the Plum84, which is normally a Topre clone board but can be gotten cheaper with Gaterons. RGB and PBT stock keycaps for under $100. Beyond that there a a couple of super high-end boards which I can't comment on other than that you should probably be considering a custom build at that point.

75%/80% TKL is better, couldn't live without the function keys, whereas Im not bothered about the numpad. At some point you just have to admit keyboards need to be a certain size to get proper use out of them. You can probably live with the extra inch or so of an 80% compared to a 60%.
